Penmark Management LLC has been in the Real Estate business for many years specializing in ownership and management of residential properties. We are also involved with the conversion of rental properties to cooperative and condominiums and with the development of new construction. We take a personal "hands on" approach to all the properties we manage and give them the same attention as the buildings we own. Service to your building and the individual owners is our primary objective.

We manage all types of residential buildings with a total of approximately 6,000 units currently under management. Of these, 85 are cooperatives or condominium buildings. Our main office is located at 770 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10065.

We currently have more than 40 full time employees in our property management company. These include not only property managers, but also administrative and accounting support staff to complement the needs of our management personnel.

The accounting department is fully computerized with state of the art equipment and programs, which provide up to the minute information. By the 20th of every month, we distribute the prior month's financial statement, which includes disbursements, receipts and an analysis of the monthly receipts and expenses as compared to the seasonalzed budget. Our controller regularly reviews the cash flow needs of each building and any excess funds are deposited into the interest bearing treasury bill backed money market accounts.
